Meet Signe

I'm Signe and I have been on this lovely Island for a long time. I have a wonderful family, a very patient husband, four  beautiful daughters, two sons in law, and four exciting to watch grow grandchildren. For the last 39 years I have been in the front and back of my bakery cafe, mixing bread dough, baking cookies, cutting onions, roasting turkeys, sweeping floors, scrubbing pots, directing traffic in here and love, love loving it.

Has it been easy? Not necessarily, but it's what I do and I have never been able to see myself doing anything else and I have fun  doing it.
